TO DATE: A Catch Up
I am The Unity Guy, a global champion of Humanity First… with a Mission of “Helping Emerging Leaders, Educators, Crews and Cultures move forward together stronger to serve, prosper and enjoy the ride.” and a Vision of being a “Global Champion of Humanity-based, Character-driven Leadership“. In Dear Sister and Thank You Zahra, I continued with my 12 Questions for developing my own Compelling Clarity… in a world of change, challenge, trial and even turmoil. In Seeing Clearly Now, I most recently continued on… with my first “complete” draft of answers… summarizing my 12 answers to date thusly…
- All in all, I have determined that the changes I face are competitive, geopolitical, economic, demographic, technological and socio-cultural… plus matters of Health and Next Chapter for me. The changes are myriad and meaningful and require response. I have determined that the Mind will be Navigator and the Soul the Captain. My Just Cause is HUMANS TOGETHER STRONG with a Mission to help Leaders, Educators, Teams and Cultures to move forward … together … stronger … and consistently deliver on epic value, experience and fun and with a Vision to be a global champion of Humanity-driven Leadership at home, school, work, business, play, governance and community. The challenges in the world are The Way for me… in that I am not resisting the forces of technology, economics, the socio-cultural, the geo-political or the demographic. Instead, my Resolve is found in choosing to harness them… to champion the need to ensure they are all Humanity-driven and not the other way around. The signs to be taken down have to do with the arbitrary nature of that questionable other voice inside (ego) that says ” be realistic”. The beliefs that no longer make sense have to do with being “practical”. And, my first and deepest Commitment is to the force that is Hopefulness. The Strengths of Character I need to help and guide along The Way… are Certitude, Prayerfulness, Forbearance, Sincerity and Faith. Those from whom I will seek help in their very own ways include my TUGtv Team, my Circle of CAPS Colleagues, my fellow Virtues MasterHeart compatriots, the global Virtues Project community, and my personal Camelot of loved and trusted Friends. My meaningful measurement will include (but not be limited to) LinkedIn followership and engagement, TUGtv followership and shares, meaningful Sessions per year, and a mix of Social Media metrics on chosen platforms forward. I will experience and feel Love, Honour, Idealism, Unity and Zeal in my work, Service and contribution to the world, locally and globally. As to how it helps, again… my work and Service is about helping Leaders, Educators, Teams and Cultures to move forward … together … stronger … and consistently deliver on epic value, experience and fun… with sustained prosperity. And my first and next step will be an Intensive Development Week (or two) to build the Next Chapter launch pad. Speaking of which and amidst the travels of Artemis, I am reminded that Artemis is (among other things) the goddess of both the hunt, and transitions. I find myself inspired by the work and message of the Artemis crew, around our Oneness and Hope for Humanity… and I am engaging my own hunt and transition into Next Chapter.
I also noted in that post that “I will be taking the balance of April to reflect on all of the above, and there will be one much more succinct and strategic iteration that I will share… again for Accountability and example.” That time is now. The following is my surgical process of iterations getting me to my very own sense of Compelling Clarity.
My Second Iteration
Now second iteration was around getting more surgical, if you will.
- The Changes and Moving Through Them… The changes I face are myriad and meaningful … and I will move forward through them, with my Mind as Navigator and my Soul as Captain.
- My Sense of Purpose… My life long Cause is HUMANS TOGETHER STRONG at home, school, work, business, play, governance and community… with a Mission of “Helping Emerging Leaders, Educators, Crews and Cultures move forward together stronger to serve, prosper and enjoy the ride.” and a Vision of being a “Global Champion of Humanity-based, Character-driven Leadership“.
- Hopefulness and Resolve… That noted, those myriad challenges are indeed The Way for me… with a Resolve to choose to harness them… and champion the need to ensure those challenges are all Humanity and Character driven. My Commitment to that is with the force that is Hopefulness.… redefining what is realistic and what is practical.
- Resources… My resources will be Certitude, Prayerfulness, Forbearance, Sincerity and Faith… and my TUGtv Team, Circle of CAPS Colleagues, fellow Virtues MasterHeart compatriots, the global Virtues Project community, and personal “Camelot“.
- Measurement… meaningful measurement will include LinkedIn followership and engagement, TUGtv followership and shares, meaningful Sessions per year, and a mix of Social Media metrics on chosen platforms forward. I will also measure through my experience of Love, Honour, Idealism, Unity and Zeal in my work.
- Next Step… an Intensive Development Period in April and May to build the Next Chapter launch pad.
The Third Iteration
My third iteration, tweaked further.

I will move forward through Changes with Mind and Soul, with Hopefulness and Resolve… redefining what is realistic and what is practical…. and with Certitude, Prayerfulness, Forbearance, Sincerity and Faith… my TUGtv Team, Circle of CAPS Colleagues, fellow Virtues MasterHeart compatriots, the global Virtues Project community, and personal “Camelot“. I will measure impact and success through my experience of Love, Honour, Idealism, Unity and Zeal in my work…. and metrics of LinkedIn followership and engagement, TUGtv followership and shares, meaningful Sessions per year, and a mix of Social Media metrics on chosen platforms forward. Now, onto an Intensive Development Period in April and May to build the Next Chapter launch pad.

And, my fourth continued tweaking…

My “success” will be measured by my experience of Love, Honour, Idealism, Unity and Zeal in my work…. and metrics of LinkedIn followership and engagement, TUGtv followership and shares, meaningful Sessions per year, and a mix of Social Media metrics.
Plead the Fifth: Undaunted Hopeful Resolve
This whole little big journey has been meandering and meaningful… getting me to my own tested Compelling Clarity. There is a Clarity of conviction afoot, Discernment tested. There is a renewed and re-invigorated purposeful spirit engaged. There is an undaunted Hopeful Resolve resonant. It now can be articulated as PURPOSE, RESOURCES and MEASUREMENT thusly:

- RESOURCES… With aligned Body, Mind, Spirit and Soul, with foundational Hopefulness and Resolve… with the ongoing practice of Certitude, Prayerfulness, Forbearance, Sincerity and Faith… with my TUGtv Team, Circle of CAPS Colleagues, fellow Virtues MasterHeart compatriots, the global Virtues Project community, and personal “Camelot“… I redefine what is realistic and practical in moving the needle on Humanity First.
- MEASUREMENT… My own sense of “impact” will be measured by my experiencing Love, Honour, Idealism, Unity and Zeal in my work and Service…. and by the metrics of LinkedIn followership and engagement, TUGtv followership and shares, meaningful Sessions per year, and a mix of Social Media metrics.
Perfect as noun and destination is a myth. Perfect as verb and journey is our best reality. While the above will ever evolve, I personally am soulfully down and happy with where this is sending me with my own Compelling Clarity. Bottom line, I commit to advancing Humanity First at home, school, work, business, play. governance and community… with Undaunted Hopeful Resolve. My MISSION and VISION support this. I help Emerging Leaders, Educators, Crews and Cultures move forward together stronger to serve, prosper and enjoy the ride.
Those 12 Questions
If you are interested in engaging these 12 Questions as an ongoing… here they are.
- What are the Signs of a “new world” for me? In other words, what is my new reality I am needing to face at this time and space? What is telling me things have changed?
- Is Ego or Soul my best litmus test in choosing my Clarity… i.e.. what is my ultimate Motivation? In other words, what is my best sense of inner Motivation here, regardless of any extrinsic “rewards”? Will I listen within or to the world, or both… in discerning and deciding… on my pungent Clarity?
- What might be my Just Cause and my Mission and Vision in serving that Just Cause? Given my new reality, what do I truly need to move the needle on long term? What and who matters most to me and how can I best serve such and same?
- What stands in the way? What obstacles and challenges stand in the way? What do I see as my hindrances, distractions and potholes along the way?
- How might the obstacles become the Way? How might I turn them into propellants or motivators of some kind?
- What signs do I need to take down? In other words, what “promises” or beliefs make no more sense and what new boundaries or beliefs do I need claim?
- What needs to be done… i.e. what are my Commitments? To what actions will I commit in order to face the challenges in serving my Just Cause, Mission and Vision?
- What Strengths of Character are needed to practice?
- Who will help me? Who will be colleagues, community and mentors? Who will be in my Circle of Wisdom and Strength?
- What will tell me I am succeeding? What milestones will have meaning to tell me I am “getting there”? What measurements will motivate me forward?
- What will it mean in striving for same? How will it make me feel? How will it help others who matter to me at home, school, work, business, play, governance and community?
- What might be my first step in getting started?
They can serve as 12 Questioners or Litmus Tests for sharpening the blades and going deeper on congruent Compelling Clarity and that can be our ballast, anchor, rudder and sail amidst the changes, challenges, trials and turmoil of the World and Life. It can be our North Star… and a deeper sense of Freedom. It can forge a healthy and robust Hopeful Resolve.
