It has been a while lol. Way back in April, I offered up on Find Hopeful Resolve. In it, I summarized a several month process of addressing 12 Questions for Clarity. The results at the time spoke to three elements at core.

  • PURPOSE… I am The Unity Guy, a global champion of Humanity First… with a Mission of “Helping Emerging Leaders, Educators, Crews and Cultures move forward together stronger to serve, prosper and enjoy the ride.” and a Vision of being a “Global Champion of Humanity-based, Character-driven Leadership“.
  • RESOURCES… With aligned Body, Mind, Spirit and Soul, with foundational Hopefulness and Resolve… with the ongoing practice of Certitude, Prayerfulness, Forbearance, Sincerity and Faith… with my TUGtv Team, Circle of CAPS Colleagues, fellow Virtues MasterHeart compatriots, the global Virtues Project community, and personal “Camelot“… I redefine what is realistic and practical in moving the needle on Humanity First.
  • MEASUREMENT… My own sense of “impact” will be measured by my experiencing Love, Honour, Idealism, Unity and Zeal in my work and Service…. and by the metrics of LinkedIn followership and engagement, TUGtv followership and shares, meaningful Sessions per year, and a mix of Social Media metrics.

Since that time, I have reflected on language. I have taken that sense of Purpose, Resources and Measurement and worked with a much respected Mentor… to make the language more aligned with the idea. I remain The Unity Guy. I remain a Global Champion of Humanity-based, Character-driven Leadership. I continue to hold strong to Certitude, Prayerfulness, Forbearance, Sincerity and Faith… with my TUGtv Team, Circle of CAPS Colleagues, fellow Virtues MasterHeart compatriots, the global Virtues Project community, and personal “Camelot“. My Measurements remain in experiencing Love, Honour, Idealism, Unity and Zeal in my work and Service…. and by the metrics of LinkedIn followership and engagement, TUGtv followership and shares, meaningful Sessions per year, and a mix of Social Media metrics. But, I have ever better clarified on:

MY COMMITMENT: To help Youth, Students, Educators and Emerging Leaders become effective, clear and purposeful uniters … defined by their Humanity and Character…as much as by operational results.

MY MISSION: To help those Youth, Students, Educators and Emerging Leaders improve their Clarity, Purpose and Impact by discovering and unleashing their unique ‘Character-based Leadership’ to build human centered, high performing Cultures of Clarity, Character, Commitment, Accountability and Joy.

MY VISION: To be a shaper and creator of a world where businesses, campuses, organizations and communities thrive because Leaders guide and unite their Teams through Clarity, Character, Commitment, Accountability and Joy.

MY BRAND IDENTITY: A global thought-leader, champion and encourager for effectively clear, committed, human focused and Character-driven Leadership.

And, I have sharpened Clarity around offerings forward… and making a Case for Character Leadership… and posting on A New Era for my work. All of this is to say that ultimately… I envision a World of Youth, Educators and Emerging Leaders… leading as clear, purposeful, effective and impactful uniters known for their Humanity, Character and Results. To that, I Speak, Coach, Podcast, Write, Rock and Create as The Unity Guy.

Here and now, I offer up those 12 Questions from back in April as valuable curiosities to help flesh out your own sense of Purpose.

Indeed, I also offer these 9 Questions as value for exploring Purpose. All 21 Questions have served me well… and will continue to do so I have no doubt. That said, and now… work is underway to update the Site to reflect such and same… and my posting here will return to a more regular production. Stay tuned.

Here we go!
