The End of Three Eras

Last week in Your Own Best Disciple, I shared on Discipline. This week, with intensity and frequency, I have been posting on Courage, Fortitude and Fear…. and what I call C4. My singular point to myself this week is that my best Discipline requires these virtues of Courage, Confidence, Certitude and Fortitude… often in the face of Fear.

Today, I got news of the end of another of three personal eras for me. The passing of Panda was one. The re-imagining of my work now underway is another. And today, due in large part to changes due to Pandemic, my 32 years volunteering with the Children’s Miracle Network (and Janeway) Telethons have come to an end.
The Pandemic is both causing and witnessing key pieces of my life to transform by both choice and challenge. But change is real. And so is my need for all of the aforementioned virtues. Character matters most in times of uncertainty, though always. This is such time.
Peace, passion and prosperity…
