In Signs toward Solidity, I launched into a personal process of identifying significant internal and external changes afoot for me. It was born of Signs, Signs Everywhere… where I offered up 12 Questions for Clarity that I intend to ask of myself. The first 3 Questions were as follows:

QUESTION 1. What are the Signs of a “new world” for me? In other words, what is my new reality I am needing to face at this time and space? What is telling me things have changed?

QUESTION 2. Is Ego or Soul my best litmus test in choosing my Clarity… i.e.. what is my ultimate Motivation? In other words, what is my best sense of inner Motivation here, regardless of any extrinsic “rewards”? Will I listen within or to the world, or both… in discerning and deciding… on my pungent Clarity?

QUESTION 3. What might be my Just Cause and my Mission and Vision in serving that Just Cause? Given my new reality, what do I truly need to move the needle on long term? What and who matters most to me and how can I best serve such and same?

Answers for Questions 1 through 3 to Date

In Justice and Unity, I offered a summary on Questions 1 and 2 and an initial attempt at Question 3. In The Inclusive Strength, I offered up my most recent thoughts on the third Question. In that, I noted that my Just Cause is Humans Together Strong. It is inclusive, of Idealism and Service and Resilience. Whether I am around for its full manifestation or not, I will live my Life for this Cause. That said, my Mission aligned with my own sense of Just Cause, is:

  • As The Unity Guy, I help community minded start-ups, not-for-profits and emerging leaders to create united, inclusive, joyful, and purpose-driven cultures of Clarity, Commitment, Accountability, Service and Excellence … that deliver extraordinary customer value and results.

My Vision…

  • Epic Engage is a global shipyard to help build united, inclusive, joyful, and purpose-driven cultures delivering extraordinary value and results.

I now tweak both thusly…

  • As The Unity Guy, I help community minded start-ups, small businesses, not-for-profits and emerging leaders to create united, inclusive, joyful, and purpose-driven cultures of Clarity, Commitment, Accountability, Service and Excellence … that deliver extraordinary customer value and results.
  • Epic Engage is a global shipyard to help build united, inclusive, joyful, and purpose-driven cultures delivering extraordinary value and results.

No doubt, the tweaking will continue as I get into the next 9 Questions. This is a period of Discernment. With my 66th Birthday this past Friday, February 20, I had a remarkable day with time at Winterholme for some full on self care, a wonderful dinner with a great Friend at Persepolis (God, I loooove Persian food lol.. my fave), and singing 4 of my fave songs. It was a truly cool day and evening. The Dinner itself had everything. The music, the Service and yes the Food… all It was just “right”. Simple, beautiful, different and delicious… and fun.

That said, this is also a time for that Discernment into my own Wisdom… and moving into the next change inspired Chapter. That change is both external and internal. What I seek in Clarity is what is soulfully simple, beautiful, different, delicious… and fun. So, I continue with 9 more Questions to help get me there.

The Next Four Questions for March…

Clarity is not a destination. It is a journey. That said, I hold to the idea that it is not only advanced ongoingly… but by deepened periods of Discernment. For now, I recommend your own Journey with these 12 Questions and/or follow along with mine… if of value. My intention is to enter into May with sharpened Clarity on the Why, What and How of Change for me over these next 5 Years. That is the intent; a 5 Year Plan that will ground my soulful work forward…. like that amazing Birthday Dinner… soulfully simple, beautiful, different, delicious… and fun. There is a real Clarity in naming and claiming those 5 seeks… simple, beautiful, different, delicious… and fun.

Peace, passion, purpose and prosperity…
