• At work or enterprise, what are 3 practices you could engage to build it?
• What would be the impact of doing so?

IN COMMUNITY

• On a scale of 1-5, how important is character leadership in building community?
• On a scale of 1-5, where are you with this in your community right now?
• What would advance the needle on the previous question?
• In community development, what are 3 practices you could engage to build it?
• What would be the impact of doing so?

WITH YOUTH

• On a scale of 1-5, how important is character leadership in engaging youth?
• On a scale of 1-5, where are you with this in your own efforts right now?

Amidst the 4 areas addressed, there may be overlap and their may be distinctiveness.  We offer these questions to start the conversation.  In coming blogs, we will surgically examine aspects of the article and provide some additional thoughts and strategies over the Summer.  We invite you to engage and enjoy the ride.
