I invite you to read this post from Paul Kearley, someone I admire greatly.  It is a great read.  It centers on the idea of ideas.  As you read the post, and with the Character Lens in mind, reflect and decide upon which strengths of character advance the kind of will of action necessary to turn ideas into reality.

Mine this list of 101.  Find those necessary to sustain the drive.  Narrow it down to 3 that you simply must practice consistently.  This is the strategic use of that character lens and character is the soil from which behaviours and actions arise.  So, find your three… sharpen them… and go after it.
