post and some links to read and ponder. In some ways, it has been a catch up. In other ways, we have brought the mustard; and a little relish. Oh, and don’t forget the hot dog. ?

Leadership by hovering and threatening is not leadership. Theory X is intrusive and constraining for any true creativity or inspiration. Noble leadership avoids it like the plague. That is not to say that noble leadership does not hold the virtue of Accountability as vital. It does. But it believes in people and holds the bar high not to cause and create and manifest failure… but to inspire empowerment, engagement and possibility. We will be sharing more on this in the weeks to come. But, Aragorn understood. So did Neville Longbottom. and JFK…. and every great leader at every moment in history. Leadership of any greatness demands this understanding. Anything less is just that; less.
