This is a great post on the importance of the dues.  Shared by Joe Calloway on LinkedIn, I had to read and am glad I did.  I have no comments but to ask a question; one simple question.  What virtues are necessary when paying your dues?

Now, go practice them; daily… at work, in school, in business, throughout community and family… and in life.  Therein lies the path to sustaining and sustainable success.  That is what we call “sharpening the blades”.
