We are excited about the launch of EPIC Engagement and Consulting. We are excited because EPIC is not simply a business model or revenue stream. It is our passion and purpose, our joy and service. That is EPIC; it is who we are, and it is what we do.

Our combined expertise was born of hard earned experience in collective leadership and communications… and character, culture and capacity building. We come from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. We come from the worlds of education, management and leadership; and we understand their combined roles in building great communities at work, school and beyond.

We contend that in times of both trial and triumph, we are tested in terms of how well we work together… how well we engage one another. The forces of both crisis and comfort have their respective dangers. How do we respond to both the spirit of challenge and complacency as organizations… as companies, campuses and larger communities looking to get and stay strong, happy and prosperous?

As we launch EPIC, we are headed to Vancouver, British Columbia for the Global Speaker Summit running December 8-10, 2013. Engaging with change agents the world over, we are excited about the collective wisdom coming together and the amazing connections for service. We will be fully engaging the conference as participants, volunteers, workshop hosts and musicians! We will be sharing the experience in real time, via social media, blogging and video. The timing for EPIC is perfect and we look forward to the synergy and the energy that arises from it.
