In Find Your Dance, I noted that “Joy signals to us what is Soulful, That is not haphazard.”
This Week, I have shared on Trustworthiness and Commitment and where the work begins and ends. I have written on emotions and Character. I have shared on Idealism and Assertiveness… and Candid Decisions…. and new fun ahead.
All of this is to say that I have come face to face with Zeal. While I value all virtues as capacities from which to draw for Character, Purpose and Unity… and while I have always known that Love and Honor are my core pillars and Unity, Idealism, Nobility and more are central… Zeal is my soulful DNA. It is my Omega, my core. It took my best friend to name it recently… for me to truly claim it. I cannot turn this one off. Nor do I want to do so. It is me. I am the real deal on Zeal.
It is neither loud nor proud. It just is, in a whisper to a scream. It is the fire within. I say this because I think it a worthy exercise to lay claim to that one virtue that is your FULL ON thing. All virtues matter and are gear shifts for life, where we get to call upon each, as and where needed.
But to lay claim to that one that is your Soulful DNA is to manifest a deeper manifestation. It is to own you; to own it. As I type, I better understand that I am Zeal. Personified. Since childhood. Always. All ways. Through trial and triumph alike. I am Zeal. I am the real deal on Zeal. And I own it. You? Peace. 😉
