On December 31, I posted this wish of Happy 2018! Within it, I offered thoughts on 5 strategies for the incoming year. I believe it worth a read and viewing… and reflection. If making this an authentic and great year is important, I doubly suggest so.
The C.A.S.T.™ also, collectively, offered this post on 10 perspectives on goals and their achievement; and I humbly but strongly recommend the read as well. There are views and thoughts worth the time, plus music and message that can add to your launch into 2018.
And then … two nights ago, I started. I started on a video journal of this newly elevated road back to 
personal and optimal health … and what I am learning along the way. I started to document the results from spending cool time in my FOXhole Gym, with my music and mementos and meaning all surrounding me. I am calling it This is Day One, as each day is a new day. Here are my first 3 installments.
Each is about 5 minutes. In their totality they start to examine intention, habit, motivation, anchoring, focus and chasing a vision. I offer them for your consideration; whatever your goals or desires for a better life at school, work, community or life might be. As the next three months go, I will be sharing learnings on this journey and aspects of character that are crucial. The intention is to practice, experience and observe character and behaviour in reaching for your goals.
