In my last Barry’s Blog post on May 31, I noted that I had been going through and on a strategic process. Since that time, I have continued that process while blogging professionally on LinkedIn weekly. The journey has been interesting these past almost 3 months, both purposeful and random. For a sense of what I have been up to, I invite you to fully read and engage WELCOME HOME.
That being said and offered, for now… I will say this. Just yesterday, and after cool conversations and even some disrupting news, I had a powerful moment of clarity around my personal philosophy, vision and mission… that means much to me… and I will probably explore in future weekly installments here.
MY PHILOSOPHY
Everything requires everything. Everything you deeply and wholeheartedly desire requires you to bring everything you are to the table.
MY VISION
… to BE ready. I am less about hustle and more about flow. I ride the waves, and respond to them. I make sure I am aware… of myself and opportunities… and I follow to lead.
MY MISSION
… DO the work. I will work the practice and practice the work, to be ready to serve.

I believe that philosophy, vision and mission are more important to your own understanding. What they manifest and offer to the world will be of interest to those you serve. So, my name is Barry Lewis Green. I believe that everything requires everything. I am to be ready. I will do the work.
