Yesterday, Elaine Dunphy and I did a session for the Positive Thinkers Club that was born of a dance Initiative we are working on. That said, the session yesterday was short, fun and engaging. We loved doing it.
That aforementioned Initiative was semi-launched in January and February with this and this, and this… and an online session that was wonderful. And we shared some initial thoughts around the idea here.
All of this is to say that Elaine and I are working on the BOXsa Dance Project; combining her work with Nia on the Rock with my returning work with WINDdancer… bringing boxing, and Line and Salsa dancing, and Nia … together for something fun. funky, cool and healthy. It is Joy and Zeal personified, and in Service to the Single Parents Association of NL. And, it is part of my Core Four. Hope you join us. Peace. 😉
