In Ready to Launch? I noted “On this Hallowe’en, I have made a decision to retreat in order to advance. It has been born of my recent and ongoing foray into more deliberate meditation (the resulting clarity is palpable and viscous) and my recent reading of both The War of Art and The Art of War. Specifically, and over November and December ahead of 2022, I am going into my own “wilderness”; my own Bat Cave, if you will. My blogs of The Leaducator and Deliver and AukWords are now to be on sabbatical. The broadCAST will continue to deliver on our monthly TUGtv convos, as they will indeed themselves continue. They are a personal joy of fun and great content.“
That decision stands. And, I noted… “As 2022, approaches what do you need to prepare to launch into? What might need be your retreat to advance? What might need be your Sacrifice? The world matters. Your corner of it does. Your life matters. What do you need to get ready to launch?”
Those questions stand, too. Those questions speak to me of Congruence. For me, I have meditated on and crafted my Launch Plan, if you will. It is a 9 Year Vision, of detail… and of soulful relevance to me. As a College business educator specializing in Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and Strategic HRM, I find it speaks to core elements of all. As a Master Facilitator for The Virtues Project, I find it speaks to me of Integrity, and being true to me. As a believer in the global goals, it does too. And as a Baha’i, it does speak to me of my own personal soulful purpose.
Now it is time for execution. With that in mind, years ago, I crafted an acronym called MESH. When things MESH, our mission meets execution producing genuine success and happiness… not born of celebrity, fame nor fortune… but born of meaning and just cause.
This plan MESHes for me. The elements advance meaning and mission … over going through the motions… and their execution will sustain a sustaining sense of true success and happiness.

Character is like a tree and reputation like a shadow. The shadow is what we think of it; the tree is the real thing. ― Abraham Lincoln
