Pulling Back the Bow

I just wrote this on Simplicity and Excellence, inspired by Joe Calloway and Randy Pennington.

Writing it got me thinking about how slippery a slope the process can be.  For me, my nine milestones I shared once again in My New Day and Semester continue to be vital for this year.  But… the one that is both most important and challenging is the health milestone.

Steven Pressfield’s The War of Art and his thoughts on resistance come to mind.  The closer we get to moving, the greater the resistance, not unlike a bow.  I am there.  And now I need most to pull back on that bow of health.  It will support all of the others.

How about you?  Where do you need singular focus and purpose now?

Peace, passion and prosperity…
