Over this past week or so, we have examined L.O.V.E.™ as a process of leadership and the virtues of great leadership.  These reads reflect the notion and idea that character is the foundation of truly inspired and inspiring leadership; the kind we need at home, school, work, business and community in these times of challenge and uncertainty alike.  Ultimately, we are talking about heroic leadership.

That all being said (and examined and explored to an extent thus far)… here is a video addressing the virtue of Humanity as a strength.  Yes, Humanity is a virtue; and it is our humanity that stands in the face of inhumanity in all its forms and guises.  We invite you to have a watch and listen… and then a reflection.

The question is simply this.  How would a greater understanding and application of this virtue constructively impact your leadership at home, school, work, business or community?
