The world needs us. Locally, globally and glocally. As I enter into Ayyam-i-Ha and then The Fast, something is heating up in my Soul. For me, and millions of others around the world, this is a time of hospitality then leading into fasting. And, over three decades, I have personally found it a time of added clarity. This year, even and ever more so already.
With news and developments in the world, I am ever increasingly being spiritually reminded of the need for a world embracing vision. Over the next few weeks, I am choosing to meditate on two strengths of Character… Fortitude and Unity.
This notion of a world embracing vision is palpable to me, and (as entrepreneur, educator and human being) I seek to forge a fierce mind and heart set around it; beyond any simplistic sense of same. Earth is my home. My kindred are human; Terran. “The well-being of mankind, its peace and security, are unattainable unless and until its unity is firmly established.” are words around which I am centering. Firmness is of Fortitude… and needed now, moving forward. In these days and weeks ahead, I will practice studentry around such. That will be my space of Fortitude and Curiosity a Zeal. It will constructively impact me mind, body, spirit and Soul. It will make me ever more purposeful. And, I will share here. Peace. 😉
