Vision in visual form. The former is the beginning of a 9 month process (and a continuation of the original year long process set in February). The latter is the intended culmination of that process.
The technical definition of a problem is the discrepancy between an existing state and a desired state. In other words, it is the difference between where we are and where we want to be.
By establishing this current GROWTHery List, I have established new starting points. By referencing my CD (commitment declaration lol), I have established my desired state. Now, it is time for execution.
Consider where you are and where you need to be. Get specific. Then determine a plan to get your there. Get specific there too. Dream the plan and plan the dream.
Whether we are talking leadership, education or entrepreneurship at school, work, business and community… or life and family… whether we are talking career or health… get fierce with it. And, keep it simple.
